Broadlands borders Ashburn, so our academy is essentially your neighborhood gym. We're a few minutes away on Beaumeade Circle, an easy run over via Claiborne Parkway. There's no separate Kaizen inside Broadlands, but for most families here the drive is shorter than the grocery run.
Because it's barely a drive and the program is the real thing. Full-time coaches, not a rotating cast of instructors, teaching kids and adults Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling.
