By accessing or using the Kaizen MMA website at https://kzmma.com or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Kaizen MMA provides martial arts training, classes, programs, and related services across our Northern Virginia locations. Services include but are not limited to:
- Adult martial arts classes (Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Boxing, MMA)
- Kids martial arts programs (Little Lions, Young Lions)
- Summer camp programs
- After-school programs
- Private training sessions
- Birthday party events
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the website
- Impersonate any person or entity
Assumption of Risk
Martial arts training involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to bruises, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
All participants (or their parent/guardian for minors) are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any training activities. Specific waiver requirements will be provided at registration.
Membership and Payment
Membership terms, pricing, and payment schedules are provided during in-person registration. Specific membership terms, cancellation policies, and refund policies are outlined in the membership agreement signed at enrollment.
Code of Conduct
All members and visitors are expected to:
- Treat all students, instructors, and staff with respect
- Follow safety guidelines and instructor directions at all times
- Maintain proper hygiene and clean training gear
- Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
- Use techniques only as taught and within the training environment
Kaizen MMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of this code of conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Kaizen MMA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Photography and Media
By entering our facilities, you acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during classes, events, and activities. Kaizen MMA may use such media for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen MMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaizen MMA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
