ABOUT THE PROGRAM
What this actually is.
MMA is the class where striking and grappling stop being two hobbies. Standing, in the clinch, and on the ground, in one session. Five MMA classes run each week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
It does not throw you in at the deep end. Some members arrive from a single discipline and widen out. Others start here because they want the whole picture from day one. Both work, and coaches pace the room to what is actually in it.
This is where the pieces connect: striking timing, clinch work, takedowns, ground control. Learning each one on its own is the easy part. Learning where one ends and the next begins is what this class is for.

How the progression goes.
- WK. 01 to 04
Range & the level change
Distance, clinch entries, the level change. Less about new techniques than about where one range ends and the next begins.
- WK. 05 to 12
Joining the two halves
Rounds that start standing and finish on the mat. Wall work, getting up, staying up. The pace climbs as your reads sharpen.
- WK. 13+
Controlled sparring
Light MMA sparring opens up. It stays optional, and it stays controlled. Nobody is trying to hurt you.

MMA FAQ.
Nope. While some members come in with a background in one discipline, our MMA classes are structured so beginners can learn all the ranges from scratch. We'll build your striking and grappling simultaneously.
Not at all. The vast majority of our MMA members train for fitness, self-defense, and personal challenge. Competition is available but never required or expected.
We recommend 2-3 days per week to start. As you progress, you might add individual discipline classes (boxing, BJJ, wrestling) to sharpen specific skills. Your coaches will help you build a schedule that works.
