Little Kids is the youngest class here, ages 4 to 9. It is built for kids who are still learning how their bodies work, how to listen, and how to take a turn. Little Kids trains Boxing on Monday and Wrestling on Wednesday. Each class is 60 minutes.
Coaches run this age group differently on purpose. A four-year-old and a nine-year-old hold attention in different ways, so class moves quickly and stays physical. Your child picks up technique, and along the way learns to follow an instruction, wait their turn, lose a round, and go again.
It is not daycare with punching. It is a structured class that uses martial arts to build the things that show up at school: focus, respect, and the nerve to try something hard.

The opposite. Martial arts teaches self-control, respect, and when NOT to use physical skills. Kids in our program consistently become calmer and more disciplined, not more aggressive. We emphasize that martial arts is about protecting yourself and others.
Totally normal and expected. Our coaches have seen it all and handle it with patience and warmth. Some kids take a few classes to warm up, and that's completely fine. We never force participation, we make it fun enough that they want to join in.
No. Little Kids focuses on technique, coordination games, and controlled drills. There is no sparring at this level. Everything is designed to be safe, fun, and confidence-building.
