Sometimes you just need a few hours. Date night, errands without a backseat commentary, dinner with friends, or just sitting in silence with a glass of something — whatever you need. Parents Night Out is your guilt-free pass.
On select Friday evenings, you drop your kids off at the gym at 6 PM and pick them up at 9 PM. In between, our staff runs them through martial arts games and activities, feeds them pizza, shows them a movie, and keeps them safe and supervised the entire time. They have so much fun they won't even notice you're gone.
Every PNO has its own theme — superhero night, glow-in-the-dark, holiday-themed, movie night, samurai vs ninja, you get the idea. The theme drives the games, the snacks, sometimes the dress code, and the movie. It keeps every event feeling fresh and gives kids something to look forward to.
PNO is open to all kids ages 4-13 — they don't need to be current Kaizen MMA students. It's a great way for kids to experience the gym and for parents to get a much-needed break.

The evening starts with high-energy martial arts games and activities. Our instructors run team challenges, relay races, martial arts technique stations, and mini competitions that keep every kid engaged and moving. It's structured enough that no one gets bored, but loose enough that it feels like play rather than a class.
After they've burned through their energy, we break for pizza and snacks. Then the mood shifts — blankets come out, the lights go down, and they settle in for a movie on the big screen. By pickup time, most kids are pleasantly exhausted and full of stories about their evening.
