ABOUT THE PROGRAM
What this actually is.
Private training gives you undivided attention from one of our experienced coaches. Whether you're brand new and want to build confidence before joining group classes, or you're experienced and want to sharpen specific skills, private sessions are the fastest way to improve.
Every session is built around you — your goals, your pace, your schedule. Your coach will assess where you are, identify what to work on, and create a plan that makes measurable progress session to session. There's no hiding in the back of class — it's focused, efficient, and tailored entirely to what you need.
Private training is also a great option for people with scheduling constraints, specific self-defense goals, or physical limitations that benefit from individualized attention. Our coaches have worked with complete beginners, competitive athletes, and everyone in between.

THE ARC · YOUR FIRST QUARTER
How the progression goes.
- WK. 01–04
Footing & fundamentals
Stance, distance, movement. The body learns how to balance before it learns how to strike. No sparring. Full patience. Every drill scaled to where you actually are.
- WK. 05–12
Combinations & reading partners
Individual techniques start fitting together into combinations. Pad work becomes less choreographed, more responsive. You begin reading your partner's rhythm instead of performing a sequence.
- WK. 13+
Controlled sparring
Light, controlled sparring becomes available — always optional, never rushed. Many members train for months before stepping into it. Many train for years without ever needing to. Both are valid paths.

Yes — we offer private training in Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Boxing, and MMA. You can also combine disciplines if you want a mixed approach.
That depends on your goals and budget. Once a week combined with group classes is a common setup. Some members do privates exclusively, while others use them as a supplement. We'll help you figure out what makes sense.
