ABOUT THE PROGRAM
What this actually is.
Muay Thai is a striking-based martial art that uses the entire body as a weapon. Known as the Art of Eight Limbs, it teaches you to strike with punches, kicks, elbows, and knees — building coordination, timing, and awareness that carry into every part of your life.
You don't need to be in shape to start. Most of our members walked in with zero experience and zero athletic background. Our coaches meet you exactly where you are and build from there. Within weeks you'll notice better endurance, sharper reflexes, and a kind of confidence that comes from knowing what your body can actually do.
Whether you're looking for an intense workout, practical self-defense skills, or just something more engaging than a treadmill, Muay Thai delivers. The community here will keep you coming back — people who push each other, support each other, and actually enjoy showing up.
A CLASS · STEP BY STEP
What to expect.
Structured warm-up with shadow boxing and movement drills
Technique instruction broken down step by step for all levels
Partner pad work where you practice combinations at your own pace
Light controlled sparring available for those who want it (never required)
Cool-down stretching and conditioning
THE ARC · YOUR FIRST QUARTER
How the progression goes.
- WK. 01–04
Footing & fundamentals
Stance, distance, movement. The body learns how to balance before it learns how to strike. No sparring. Full patience. Every drill scaled to where you actually are.
- WK. 05–12
Combinations & reading partners
Individual techniques start fitting together into combinations. Pad work becomes less choreographed, more responsive. You begin reading your partner's rhythm instead of performing a sequence.
- WK. 13+
Controlled sparring
Light, controlled sparring becomes available — always optional, never rushed. Many members train for months before stepping into it. Many train for years without ever needing to. Both are valid paths.

QUESTIONS
Muay Thai FAQ.
Not at all. Most people who join us aren't. You'll build fitness as you learn — that's the whole point. Our coaches scale everything to your current level.
Sparring is always optional and only available once you've built a solid foundation. Many of our members train for months or even years without sparring and still get incredible results.
We teach real Muay Thai technique — proper form, timing, strategy, and partner work. You'll learn actual skills while getting a serious workout, not just punch air to music.
Athletic clothes you can move in — shorts or joggers and a t-shirt. We train barefoot, so no shoes needed. Bring a water bottle and a towel.
