We're always looking for passionate martial artists to join our team. Whether you're an experienced instructor or someone who loves martial arts and wants to be part of a growing organization, we want to hear from you.
Kaizen MMA operates 6 locations across Northern Virginia, and we're growing. We need coaches, front desk staff, and operations people who care about what we do — helping people get better through martial arts.
What matters to us isn't just your resume. It's your character, your work ethic, and whether you genuinely care about helping people improve. Technical skill matters, but the ability to connect with students and make them feel welcome matters more.
What We Look For
Coaches & Instructors
Experienced martial artists who can teach. Background in Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Boxing, or MMA. Must be great with both adults and kids.
Kids Program Staff
Patient, energetic people who love working with children. Martial arts background preferred but not required. Must pass background check.
Front Desk & Operations
Organized, personable people who can manage the day-to-day. Customer service experience and a genuine interest in martial arts are a plus.
