No. This is Muay Thai-based kickboxing with real technique instruction from experienced coaches. You'll get an incredible workout, but you'll also learn actual martial arts skills — how to strike, defend, and move with purpose.

Not at all. Most of our members started with no athletic background. The fitness comes from the training itself. Our coaches will pace you appropriately and you'll progress faster than you expect.

Sparring is always optional and controlled. Most of your training involves pad work, heavy bag work, and drilling with a partner. Nobody gets hit unless they choose to spar, and even then it's light and supervised.

Muay Thai is a specific martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Kickboxing is a broader term. Our kickboxing classes are rooted in Muay Thai technique, so you get the most complete striking system available.

A typical session burns 500-800+ calories depending on intensity. But more importantly, you're building real skills while getting fit — not just burning calories for the sake of it.
